Scope of Services
CJI provided Independent Certifier (IC) services for the Transportation Investment Corporation (TI Corp) and the contractor, Kiewit/Flatiron General Partnership (KFGP). The IC requires a thorough understanding of large and complex transportation projects, including the project’s quality, project, design, and construction management systems. To ensure a comprehensive understanding of these systems, CJI attended regular project meetings and communicated with the Authority, contractor and stakeholders throughout the project.
