Description

The Tłıchǫ Highway (previously named Tłıchǫ All Season Road) consists of a new two lane, 97 km all season gravel highway with 16 water crossings that meet Highway 3, 42 km southwest of Edzo (Behchokǫ), through to the Tłıchǫ community of Whatì in Northwest Territories. This replaces a winter ice road.

Scope of Services

In the role of Independent Certifier, CJI provided site inspections, Design and Quality System Reviews, monitoring of commissioning activities, and issue of Certifications of Completion among other duties.
