A note from our Principal and Managing Partner, David Collings:

David Collings of Collings Johnston Inc. is retained as Chief Project Officer by the District of Kitimat in January 2020 to manage the delivery of the Haisla Bridge Replacement Project. David is responsible for overall management for the project definition, procurement, and construction phases. This includes the development and management of the project’s budget and schedule, design and environmental services, permitting, stakeholder engagement, interfaces with Haisla Nation. The project is funded by Western Economic Diversification Canada.
David is supported by the CJI team, including Robin Johnston (Senior Advisor), Katie Nichols (Project Controls Specialist), and Samuel Anderson (Project Coordinator).
