David Collings is a project coordinator and comes to CJI with a background ranging from international education marketing to wildlife research. Speaking both French and Spanish, he has gained international work and practical experience. With a background in business management, David has represented owners on various transportation infrastructure projects. He has assisted TransLink on both the Millennium SkyTrain Line and the Golden Ears Bridge Project and is currently the liaison between the City of Port Coquitlam and the Technical Management Team for the Coast Meridian Overpass Project.
