CJI prepared a Parking Management Plan as a framework for the University’s future transportation goals.  These relied primarily on sustainable transit access to the Burnaby campus while maintaining an acceptable parking level of service. The plan involved financial models to substantiate parking and travel demand within the University’s plans for building, commercial and residential developments. The plan included an analysis of differential parking fees based on the proximity of parking to academic buildings.
