CJI prepared a plan for TransLink that rationalized the acquisition of a new Trolley Bus fleet for the trolley network in the City of Vancouver. The plan investigated different types of buses including the socio-environmental impact and cost of electricity, fuel cell, natural gas, hybrid and diesel fuels. A decision matrix supported the selection of the continued use of trolley buses.
