CJI assisted McElhanney Engineering with the development, documentation and implementation of Edmonton’s first Design/Build Project valued at $50 M. This pilot project involved the scoping of the works which included, the widening of 23rd Avenue and 119th Street and a new crossing of the White Mud Creek conservancy area. CJI prepared a set of contract documents and assisted in the procurement of a design/build contractor who undertook the work over two construction seasons.
