Port Mann Highway #1 Expansion  

CJI undertook Lender’s Technical Advisory Services for the Gateway Mobility Partners, lead by the Cintra Group who, as Concessionaires, were proposing on this $3 Billion toll-based Public-Private Partnership Project.  CJI assisted Atkins in a review for the Lender’s of the traffic models and toll revenue forecasts for the Project.  This involved an in-depth knowledge of traffic conditions in the Metro Vancouver area, and the consideration of scenarios for the Lender’s base case revenue forecasts. It also involved the review of contract documents and the development of the Concessionaire’s traffic model.
