CJI undertook Lender's Technical Advisory Services for the Plenary Group, who were financing a proponent on this $160 million Public-Private Partnership Project.  CJI undertook a review of the Operations, Maintenance and Rehabilitation requirements for 50 kilometres of the TransCanada Highway between Golden and Yoho Park through the Kicking Horse Canyon. This section of the Highway runs adjacent to the Kicking Horse River and the CPR mainline. It is characterized by loose outcrops of calcareous dolomites and shale that overlie the very steep slopes of the Rocky Mountain Range. The Kicking Horse Canyon is known to experience adverse winter snow conditions and winter storm closures.
