CJI provided Technical Management Services to TransLink on feasibility and development studies to determine the alignment scope and risks of implementing the 22 kilometre rapid transit line. The alignment runs through densely populated areas of Vancouver to the Vancouver International Airport and Richmond Town Centre.

CJI then undertook Lender’s Advisory Services for a consortium of European banks financing a proponent on the $2 billion Public-Private Partnership Project. Services included a thorough review of the design and construction plans, together with the OMR strategy for operating trains over a 30-year operating period.
