David Collings

David Collings is a Project Manager who currently represents government owners on major transportation construction projects. His roles involve working closely with multiple stakeholders and all levels of government, the port authority, municipalities, and railways. David also provides quality management functions and the coordination of technical teams.

David has a background in business management and has a master’s degree in international construction management at the University of Bath, U.K. He provides business development assistance and proposal management services to Dragados Canada and ACS Financial for large P3 and design-build projects.

David is actively involved in the heavy civil construction industry in BC representing owners, contractors and lenders and is a member of the BC Construction Round Table.
