Tania Stracuzza is a professional Project Planning and Controls specialist whose experience encompasses a variety of industries including construction, engineering, aerospace and high technology environments. In her over 20 years of experience, Ms. Stracuzza has been involved in the development and implementation of project control infrastructure with companies that rely on project planning and monitoring systems to deliver projects and products on time and on budget.
Tania received a National Diploma of Technology, Operations Management from British Columbia Institute of Technology in 1984.
Her experience includes:
- Working with owners, contractors, engineers and all levels of team members to establish an approved schedule and cost baseline that identify the scope of a project’s activities, key milestones, resource management and critical path analysis.
- Developing and implementing multi-project schedules and cost controls, including cross-project resource and dependency management.
- Monitoring project plans and performance including impact analyses on scope change requests.
- Developing project reporting and communication tools (variance, risk, earned value and progress reports).
