Richard Ciceri, B.Sc.Eng., P.Eng., P.E. MASCE

Richard Ciceri has 36 years of infrastructure management experience and has planned, supervised and managed projects involving the development and implementation of management processes (manual and computerized) for roads, vehicles, mobile equipment, ferries, utilities, buildings, airports, parks, etc., including the development of policies, standards, procedures, work plans, reports and management controls. He has also carried out a considerable number of assignments pertaining to organizational and operational reviews. Assignments have been undertaken for all levels of government in Canada (Federal, Provincial and Municipal), the United States (State and Municipal) and overseas (Federal Government).
