Tania Stracuzza is a professional Project Planning and Controls specialist whose experience encompasses a variety of industries including construction, engineering, aerospace and high technology environments. In her over 20 years of experience, Ms. Stracuzza has been involved in the development and implementation of project control infrastructure with companies that rely on project planning and monitoring systems to deliver projects and products on time and on budget.

Tania received a National Diploma of Technology, Operations Management from British Columbia Institute of Technology in 1984.

Her experience includes:

  • Working with owners, contractors, engineers and all levels of team members to establish an approved schedule and cost baseline that identifies the scope of a project’s activities, key milestones, resource requirements and critical path analysis.
  • Developing and implementing multi-project schedules and cost controls, including cross-project resource and dependency management.
  • Monitoring project plans and performance including impact analyses on scope change requests.

Project Manager/Civil Engineer

Bob Parsons has over 45 years of exceptional experience in the management of design and construction of major national and international civil engineering projects. He has worked for private sector corporations, joint ventures, and government agencies. He has designed and managed construction of bridges, railways, and transit facilities and has successfully dealt with the resolution of complex contractual claims involving multiple contractors on a single project. He has first hand knowledge of the management, design, construction, installation and integration of all aspects of linear transportation strucutres, facilities, and systems.

For the last 25 years, he has specialized in the management and administration of engineering teams involved in the design and construction of major innovative transportation and transit projects in both Canada and USA. His management skills and specialised knowledge have been a key factor in the success of many of these projects.

Richard Ciceri, B.Sc.Eng., P.Eng., P.E. MASCE

Richard Ciceri has 36 years of infrastructure management experience and has planned, supervised and managed projects involving the development and implementation of management processes for roads, vehicles, mobile equipment, ferries, utilities, buildings, airports, parks, etc., including the development of policies, standards, procedures, work plans, reports and management controls. He has also carried out a considerable number of assignments pertaining to organizational and operational reviews. Assignments have been undertaken for all levels of government in Canada (Federal, Provincial and Municipal), the United States (State and Municipal) and overseas (Federal Government).

Jeannie Bates, B.A., BDes

Jeannie Bates brings valuable experience to Collings Johnston Inc. having worked in a consulting capacity for 25 years with owners, professionals, VIPs, elected officials and key players in the construction industry. She has managed team and stakeholder meetings, and has been involved in strategic and logistical planning on projects. For the past 14 years Ms. Bates has managed the BC Construction Roundtable, an industry networking organization which hosts monthly presentations and tours of industry projects. . For CJI she has provided management and project support to Port Metro Vancouver’s South Shore Corridor Project, the Roberts Bank Rail Corridor Project, and the City of Vancouver’s Powell Street Overpass Project.

Jeannie has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Art & Design from Ryerson University.
